On the morning of April 11th, Musayeva Aktilek, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic in China, visited our university. Qian Tianguo, the Secretary of the Party Committee, met the guests at the Qiantang Campus. Deng Hao, the former Political Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, Li Zhenghui, the Vice President of the university, and the heads of the Office, International Office, and School of Humanities and Foreign Languages attended the meeting.
Ambassador Musayeva Aktiliek expressed her pleasure in visiting ZJWEU. She pointed out that the joint construction of the Luban Workshop was a consensus reached by the heads of state of China and Kyrgyzstan. ZJWEU led the construction of the largest and most advanced Luban Workshop in just over a year, which reflected China's speed. She thanked ZJWEU for its efforts and contributions. She hoped that both sides would further strengthen communication, deepen cooperation, cultivate more high-quality skilled talents, and sow the seeds of China-Kyrgyz friendship.
Qian Tianguo briefly introduced the basic situation of ZJWEU from aspects such as historical evolution, discipline and major settings, school-running characteristics, and development planning. He pointed out that ZJWEU has initiated the second phase of the Kyrgyzstan Luban Workshop construction. He hopes that by building the Luban Workshop 2.0, not only will it bring excellent teaching equipment, but also advanced teaching concepts and application-oriented talent cultivation models.
