October 2 marked the first day of the “Kabaddi” competition at the 19th Asian Games. Over 270 students from ZJWEU, affectionately known as the “Little Green Lotuses,” continued their voluntary service at the Xiaoshan Guali Sports Center.

At around 9 a.m., Qian Tianguo, the Secretary of the Communist Party of ZJWEU, and Chen Guangting, President of ZJWEU, paid a visit to the Xiaoshan Guali Sports Center to express their warm regards to the “Little Green Lotuses” from ZJWEU actively participating in the 19th Asian Games voluntary service.

In the volunteer rotation and rest space, the entire area was redecorated with birthday cakes, colorful candies, green lotus bouquets, and gift packages. As the birthday song echoed, Qian, Chen and the “Little Blue Lotuses” volunteers jointly cut the birthday cake, sharing an unusual collective birthday party and witnessing the special love and warmth within the 19th Asian Games venue. Qian and Chen also presented flowers to the leaders of the venue operation team and the teachers leading the volunteers to express gratitude for their diligent efforts.
